General information
It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis (more information under "Use of personal data"). We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. We hereby expressly prohibit the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

Collection of general data and information, so-called log files
If you visit our website for informational purposes only, without providing personal data, only the Internet connection data that your browser transmits to our server will be processed. Our website collects a range of general data and information each time it is accessed, which is temporarily stored in server log files. A log file is created as part of an automatic log of the processing computer system.

The following can be recorded

  • Access to the website (date, time and frequency)
  • How you reached the website (previous page, hyperlink, etc.)
  • Amount of data sent
  • Which browser and browser version you are using
  • The operating system you are using
  • Which internet service provider you use
  • Your IP address, which your Internet access provider assigns to your computer when you connect to the Internet

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 (lit. b) GDPR, as the collection and storage of this data is necessary for the operation of the website in order to ensure the functionality of the website and to deliver the content of our website correctly. In addition, we use the data to optimise our website and to ensure the security of our IT systems and the processing is therefore based on Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR. For this reason, the data is stored for a maximum of 7 days as a technical precaution.

Contact/contact form / praise & complaint:
When you contact us by e-mail or via our forms, the data you provide will be stored, used and forwarded by ZfP Reichenau on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 (lit. b) GDPR insofar as it is necessary to answer your request. ZfP Reichenau treats your data confidentially. The data will not be passed on to third parties outside ZfP Reichenau and will only be used to respond to your enquiry. Contact is recorded in order to be able to prove that contact has been made in accordance with legal requirements. We will delete the data collected in this context once the respective conversation with you has ended and the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.
Please do not send any patient-related data of third parties to us by e-mail, but please use the postal service for this purpose.

Events
The contact details you provide (addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers) will be used exclusively for invitations to events or for information to you. These contact details will not be passed on to third parties. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list and request the deletion of your data at any time.

Your rights as a visitor to our website
You naturally have rights with regard to the collection of your data, which we would like to inform you about. If you would like to exercise one of the following rights free of charge, simply send us a message. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have already given. In both cases, you can use the following contact details without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs:

For your own protection, we reserve the right to obtain any further information required to confirm your identity in the event of an enquiry and, if identification is not possible, to refuse to process the enquiry.

Right to information
You have the right to request information and/or copies of the personal data stored about you.

Right to rectification
You have the right to obtain from us without undue delay the rectification and/or completion of personal data concerning you.

Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you oppose its erasure and we no longer need the data, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to processing.

Right to erasure
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to object
If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing at any time in accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR.

Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection of data at any time with effect for the future. The data collected until the revocation becomes legally effective remains unaffected by this. Please understand that the implementation of your revocation may take some time for technical reasons and that you may still receive messages from us in the meantime.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If the processing of your personal data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
No automated decision-making including profiling
We do not use automated decision-making including profiling in accordance with Art. 22 (1) and (4) GDPR.

Scope, processing and purpose of processing your personal data
We collect and use your personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. We use the data collected when you visit our website to operate our pages as conveniently as possible for you and to protect our IT systems from attacks and other illegal activities. If you have provided us with personal data, we will only use it to fulfil your wishes and requests, such as to answer your enquiry or to make a donation. An exception applies in cases where prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.

The security of your personal data is a high priority for us. We therefore use technical and organisational measures to protect your data stored by us in order to effectively prevent loss or misuse by third parties. To protect your personal data, it is transmitted in encrypted form; for example, we use SSL=Secure Socket Layer for communication via your Internet browser. You can recognise this by the lock symbol that your browser displays when an SSL connection is established. In order to guarantee the permanent protection of your data, the technical security measures are regularly checked and, if necessary, adapted to the state of the art.

When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 (b) GDPR, insofar as it is necessary to answer your questions. The contact is logged in order to be able to prove the contact in accordance with the legal requirements. We delete the data collected in this context when the respective conversation with you has ended and the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.

Data erasure and storage duration
Unless specifically stated otherwise, we only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes pursued. Your personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of the data processing no longer applies. If legitimate reasons within the meaning of Art. 17 para. 3 GDPR, such as a legal obligation to retain data, prevent the deletion, the processing of the data will be restricted during this period. In this case, the data will be deleted when the reason for further storage no longer applies, e.g. when the legally prescribed storage period expires.

Disclosure of personal data
Your data will only be disclosed to third parties with your express consent. The only exceptions to this are transfers to our cooperation partners and service providers that we require to fulfil our agreements with you and have commissioned accordingly (e.g. technical service providers, freelancers). Accordingly, your data will be transferred to such service providers and cooperation partners for the purposes of contract fulfilment in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 (b) GDPR or to safeguard our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR, provided that this is expressly stated in this data protection declaration. For example, it may be necessary for us to pass on your address to external suppliers in the case of orders. Otherwise, personal data will only be passed on to service providers with whom we have previously concluded a contract for order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

If we pass on data to service providers as part of our processing, we strictly observe the requirements of the GDPR, as do our service providers and cooperation partners. Of course, before passing on your personal data, we ensure that our service providers and cooperation partners have taken the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure an appropriate level of protection. The scope of the data transfer is limited to the minimum required in each case.

The transfer to state institutions and authorities authorised to receive information only takes place within the scope of the statutory duty to provide information or if we are obliged to provide information by a court or official decision. In this case, the transfer of your data is required by Art. 6 para. 1 (c) GDPR to fulfil a legal obligation to which we are subject.

Use of cookies and analytics services
We use cookies and web analytics services on our website.

Necessary cookies
We mainly use so-called essential cookies, which are necessary for the operation of the website and the provision of essential functionalities. Essential cookies are used to control the internet connection during your visit and to display the functions of our website. In addition, certain functionalities of our website can only be provided to you using cookies. Finally, essential cookies also serve to ensure the security of our website and to secure communication between your browser and our servers.

The cookies that are necessary for the purposes described above are usually deleted automatically after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Only in a few individual cases do these cookies remain stored on your end device even after you close the browser and enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit our website, even if you have closed the browser in the meantime, e.g. so that we can more easily recognise whether you have consented to certain functions of the website and the associated data processing (so-called persistent cookies). In these cases, the maximum storage period is one (1) year.

Data processing for the purposes described above is based on Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide visitors to our website with a flawlessly functioning, attractive website as explained above and to make visiting and using the website as pleasant and efficient as possible.

Some browsers already allow cookies by default. If you do not want this, you can change your browser settings. Please refer to the information provided by the browser manufacturer to find out how to do this. If you decide against cookies, it is possible that parts of our website cannot be used.

Plausible Analytics
As data protection is important to us, we do not use invasive web tracking tools such as Google Analytics.

To understand how our website is used and to improve it, we use the web analysis tool Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not set any cookies, does not store any information in the browser and generally does not collect any personal data. Here you can find more information about Plausible and the data protection of this tool. Service provider: OÜ Plausible Insights, Västriku tn 2, Tartu 50403, Estonia.

Google Maps (NID cookie)
We use Google Maps (API) from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google") on our website. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps in order to visualise geographical information. By using this service, our location is shown to you and any directions are made easier.

If you do not wish your personal data to be processed by Google Maps, you cannot give your consent to this use directly in the cookie settings, so there will be no connection to this service. You can also edit any consent you have already given in our footer at any time and revoke your consent to Google Maps.

Information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers and stored there as soon as you access the subpages in which the Google Maps map is integrated; this information may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether a user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish your data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and analyses them. The collection, storage and evaluation are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of Google's legitimate interest in the display of personalised advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of Google websites. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

Google Maps is a map service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, and the cookies stored by Google Maps are deleted after 12 months at the latest.

The following links will provide you with information on data protection and the terms of use for Google Maps.

Integration of YouTube
We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offering, which are stored on https://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in "extended data protection mode." YouTube provides this data protection mode itself and thus ensures that YouTube does not initially store any cookies on your device, i.e. that no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data mentioned in the following paragraph be transmitted. You also have the option of agreeing to the playback of YouTube videos on the site in our cookie message. We have no influence on the data transfer.

When you visit the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data listed in the passage "Collection of general data and information, so-called log files" is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish your data to be associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or customising its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide customised advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by YouTube can be found in Google's privacy policy and terms of use.

The following links will provide you with information on data protection and Google's terms of use.

If you do not wish to do so, you can edit your cookie settings again in our footer and revoke your consent with regard to YouTube videos.

Scope of this privacy policy
This privacy policy only applies to the content on our website and the data processing on the servers we use. It does not include third-party content and websites to which our website merely links. This applies, for example, to social networks such as Twitter, YouTube, etc. The processing of your personal data via these social networks is carried out by the respective operator of the network, without us having any influence on this processing. This also applies to your personal data that you provide to us via such a platform, for example by writing to our profile on the respective social network. Information on the handling of your personal data and its protection on these platforms can be found in the privacy policy of the respective platform.

However, if we store your personal data that you have shared with us via a social network or that we receive from a social network on our own servers and use it to process your enquiry or request or for other purposes, our explanations in this privacy policy naturally apply in this respect.

Changes to the data protection information
In order to ensure that our data protection information always complies with the current legal requirements, we reserve the right to make changes at any time. This also applies in the event that the data protection information has to be adapted due to new or revised offers or services.
